Project Definition and Prototype
Project definition involves finalizing the project scope and producing the project schedule and budget along with the rest of the project plan materials. Based on business requirements Prototype is set up to establish capabilities of system specific to your organization expectations. It includes completion of analysis, production of business case or recommendations report and setting up of pilot area.
Process design and System build
This involves re-engineering, optimizing and aligning of processes with client business objectives. It also involves understanding the people using the system and their level of experience and product knowledge. This phase includes mapping business processes, procedures and forms/templates with the application.
Pilot Program
This phase will include validating the applications and addressing all the functionalities required in the enterprise wide version.
Training and Rollout
Identified participants are trained and the solution is rolled out as per the deployment strategy. (Knowledge transfer)
Support
This includes working until a set period of time with the operational groups to transition on-going management of support from the project team to the operations groups.
